Terms and conditions
Sales and delivery terms for small parts and phones
Recycletroop specializes in sales of mobile phone parts and refurbished phones as well as buy-in of broken mobile phone screens.
These terms describe the company’s policy on sales of mobile phone parts, screens and refurbished phones.
Prices
All prices on the website are ex-VAT and ex- shipping. VAT and shipping costs are added to the order total on the final invoice after an order has been placed and confirmed.
Recycletroop reserves the right to change prices due to currency exchange fluctuations or changes from our suppliers. In that case a client would be additionally contacted for a confirmation.
Warranty
Small parts and screens
Recycletroop offers three-month warranty on all small parts and screens. The warranty starts once an item has been shipped from our warehouse.
To qualify for a warranty return:
An item must be in an original packaging and with Recycletroop stickers undamaged;
It must be no longer than three months since an item was sold;
An item must be in a new condition, with no scratches or other damages that could cause a defect.
Refurbished phones
Recycletroop offers one-year warranty for the refurbished phones. The warranty starts once an item has been shipped from our warehouse.
To qualify for a warranty return:
An item must be in an original packaging and with all original accessories that came with it;
It must be no longer than twelve months since an item was sold;
An item must be in a new condition, with no scratches or other damages that could cause a defect.
In case ordered item(s) were damaged under the transportation a refund claim should be directed to a shipping provider.
Shipping
For shipping we work with DHL. The shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of your order.
We offer free shipping for order of 50+ LCD screens
For refurbished phones we offer free shipping for orders of 30+ phones.
In case a shipped order is not picked up/delivered to the client within 7-10 days (according to carrier rules) and it gets returned to us, we reserve a right to charge you for shipping and any return costs associated with it.
All paid orders are shipped out the next working day after an order has been placed, except for cases when an item has a longer delivery time (stated in the product description and an order confirmation email).
Return shipping
In case you have received wrong items with your order please contact us and we will cover shipping costs for both return and new items shipping.
Returns of defected items within three months are covered by the buyer. We cover shipping cost of replacement items sent back to you.
In case you want to exchange an item, shipping cost is fully covered by you.
Payment
We offer following payment options:
Payment via bank transfer,
Payment with a credit/debit card
Payment via Paypal
To confirm your order, we must receive a full payment. Once the payment is received we will start processing your order.
Refunds
Refunds for your orders are possible if you cancel an order before we start processing it. Once the order is confirmed, you cannot cancel it. However, minor changes can be done to the order and you can contact us if you would like to modify colours or other specifications of your products.
In case items are out of stock and cannot be delivered to you we guarantee a refund for the missing items and you will be additionally contacted in that case.
Returns
In case you received a parcel that was damaged during transportation you must file a damage complaint within 24 hours and notify us regarding the issue. In that case the shipping courier is responsible for the damage refund.
In case you received items that are not properly working you must notify us within the warranty period and return the item in its original packaging and with any marks from our side (logo and date stickers) unremoved. We will test all the returns and get back to you with an offer of replacement or refund in case an item cannot be replaced. Personal information
We take care of your privacy and we handle all the personal information you fill in during your order/account registration process according to laws. By opening an account on our website, you agree that we store your personal information on our servers.
We will not pass the information you provide to us to any third parties and we use it only for purposes of registering and processing your orders.

Terms for buy-back process of broken mobile phone screens
Recycletroop buys in damaged mobile phone screens with working LCDs. We buy screens from iPhone, Samsung, Sony, LG and iPad screens.
Prices
Due to the volatility on the mobile screens market we update our prices for broken screens weekly. Please contact us to get our latest prices. All prices are ex- VAT and VAT is added only for domestic clients (within Sweden).
The prices you get the week you send the screens to us are the prices you get in your final report. The prices won’t change even if there is a price update on the date of the report.
Shipping
We offer free shipping for boxes with more than 200 screens. In case you have less than 200 screens, you are welcome to send the screens to our address at your own shipping cost.

However, if you send a box with more than 200 screens and less than 50% of the screens qualify for the payment, we reserve a right to charge a shipping fee from your final amount.
Returns
We offer shipping of the defective screens that didn’t pass our tests back to you. In that case you must notify us that you would like to get your defective screens beforehand or the latest two days after a report has been sent to you. In that case the shipping is covered by you.
In case you don’t agree to the results of the report and you would like to get all your screens back, we reserve a right to charge you 16 SEK / 2 USD for each tested screen to cover our time costs spent on testing your screens.
In case a box has 0 to 20% of screens that qualify for the payment we reserve a right to charge you 16 SEK / 2 USD for each tested screen to cover our time costs spent on testing your screens.
Testing times
Testing of the screens takes 3 to 7 working days until another isn’t negotiated at the time of booking.

Payment
For each payment we will need an invoice from you with a total amount from a final report. On the invoice you need to state a payment option: bank transfer, paypal or bitcoins. The payment is transferred to you with 1 to 3 working days.
