03. When We Receive Your Screens
- Initial Checks
After receiving your parcel, the first thing we do is count the number of screens to ensure that the screens in the box and the numbers printed on the copy enclosed by you are the same. After this, we carefully test your screens, the first thing we look for is whether the screen can be refurbished or not, for instance a copy LCD as these screens are manufactured differently and can’t be refurbished.
we also check if each LCD is working properly, and there are no damaged pixels or pressure marks on the screen as we only refurbish screens in good condition to assure the best quality possible.
- The Refurbishment Process
At this stage, we contact you in case there are any issues with your order. Otherwise, we start our process as usual if there are no issues found. The refurbishing process include the following stages:
- Removing the Glass and Polarizer
- Installing the Replaced Glass and Polarizer
- Final Stages – Testing and installing new backplate to protect the flex cable from damage, adding adhesive seal.
